Chantal smiled happily. She was so glad he had found a place for himself, that he was safe and would be safe when he returned. She couldn’t stand the thought of him being hurt by other humans. He had already been through enough, she thought.

The music had changed, fitting the moment even better. She stared into his eyes, almost being hypnotized by them. She was startled a little when he suddenly acted so strange. ”Noble? Are you okay?” She frowned with a worried gaze in her eyes. ”Are you not feeling well?”
